Hydride Ion Diffusion in Palladium Hydride
Eric Novak
Department of Materials Science & Engineering, University of Tennessee
Hydride ion diffusion in palladium was investigated for hydrogen concentrations of x = 0.25, 0.50, and 0.75 over a temperature range from 500 K to 750 K. The motion of hydrogen is seen in the animation for x = 0.50 at T = 650 K.
